Forsyth man charged with four counts of criminal sexual conduct

GWINN — A Forsyth Township man has been arrested and charged with four counts of criminal sexual conduct.
According to the Forsyth Township Police Department, which is the investigating agency in the case, Jonathan Damarr Bostick, 35, was arraigned in the 96th District Court in Marquette on two counts of criminal sexual conduct, first degree and two counts of criminal conduct, second degree.
Bostick was in court in June 2. His arrest came after complaints that he was allegedly engaging in sexual contact with someone under the age of 13 years.
Following the arraignment, Bostick was lodged in the Marquette County Jail, unable to post a $100,000 bond. His next court appearance is scheduled for June 18.
Forsyth Township authorities believe there may possibly be other victims, witnesses or individuals with additional information in the case. Anyone with information is asked to call the Forsyth Township Police Department at 906-346-9224.
