Voting opens for 2025 Blueberry Festival poster contest

MARQUETTE – Submissions are in for the 2025 Blueberry Festival poster contest, and voting has begun. This year’s contest boasts 50 submissions from 45 different artists.

“By participating in the Blueberry Festival poster voting, you’ll contribute to the selection of a design that will represent our festival for the year ahead,” says the voting page on the Marquette Downtown Development Authority website. “Spread the word and encourage your friends, family, and fellow blueberry enthusiasts to cast their votes too.”

Voting will be open from now through May 30, and can be done online at www.downtownmarquette.org or in person at Peter White Public Library on the lower level in the Arts and Culture Center. All submissions will be on display at PWPL throughout May.

The winner will receive $400 as well as free promotion of their artwork and a free vendor’s booth at the Blueberry Festival.

Last year’s winner was Lindsey Losinki with her piece titled “Pop of Blue.” This year’s winner will be announced on Friday, June 13.

Starting at $3.23/week.
