ISHPEMING — The Ishpeming Police Department announced Monday that it has made an arrest after a vehicle was stolen in the city of Ishpeming Thursday.

Police say that the missing vehicle has been located and that a 40-year-old Ishpeming woman turned herself into the Michigan State Police Manistique outpost. She is currently being lodged at the Manistique County Jail and will be extradited back to Marquette County at a later time.

The Ishpeming Police Department said it would like to thank the public and the Michigan State Police for their assistance in the search for the vehicle.
