ISHPEMING — Poetry enthusiasts will not want to miss an upcoming event sure to be awash in prose.

This Saturday from noon to 2 p.m. at the Ishpeming Carnegie Public Library, local poets Beverly Matherne, Marty Achatz, Milton Bates, Lynn Domina and Lisa Fosmo will read their poems from the collection.
