Portions of the Noquemanon South Trails, including maps, directional signage and benches were tagged with graffiti on Monday, according to an Noquemanon Trail Network Facebook post. “Awe Monday, you can do better,” the post reads. “We were tagged along with many other locations in town. Those maps needed updating anyway, but selfish acts take resources away from good things. Hopefully those responsible are caught. Please report if you see any other damage.” The Mining Journal was unable to reach the Marquette Police Department for comment on the matter ahead of press time Tuesday.
