Food fest fun

Attendees of the 2019 Marquette Local Food Fest browse silent auction baskets filled with harvested produce from local farms, items and gift cards from area businesses and other goodies during the event.This was the third annual food fest which focuses on farm to table food and celebrating area farmers, growers, chefs and consumers. All left over food from the competition was donated to the Room at the Inn and NMU Eco Reps was present to sort through the waste during the event. (Journal photo by Trinity Carey)
