SKANDIA TOWNSHIP -- Voters in Skandia Township approved a renewal of its emergency services millage by an overwhelming margin.
The 2.5 mill renewal, or $2.50 per $1,000 of taxable property value, will be levied over a period of 5 years.
The millage is expected to raise approximately $72,175.68 in the first year.
