MARQUETTE, MI – The Lake Superior Community Partnership recently assisted Select Realty with a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate their new office space, conveniently located at 2363 US-41 in Marquette Township.

After many years of renting, Select Realty brokerage has finally become a homeowner! Originally a single-family home, they purchased the 2-acre property in February of 2021.

The nearly 12-month renovation used only LOCAL contractors!

They now have a completely renovated commercial space that has 15 offices, a full kitchen and conference room. The best part is their beautiful outdoor space.

Agents can use the back deck that overlooks the pond, 2 resident ducks, and a large yard with a firepit and apple trees.

Select is the largest, non-franchised brokerage in the area.

They have the greatest number of associate brokers of any local agency and never charge additional processing fees to their clients. Select Realty gives back a percentage of every closing into their Community Fund which donates and helps others in times of need.
