Business After Hours events approaching

The Greater Ishpeming-Negaunee Area Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce the next two dates of their ongoing Business After Hours series!

On Sept. 12, Northwestern Mutual (Marquette) will host their Business After Hours event at Cognition Brewing Company (113 E. Canda St., Ishpeming) from 5-7 p.m. Guests can expect to meet Northwestern Mutual representatives, learn about the services they offer, enjoy food & drink and be entered to win great prizes!

On Sept. 19, Hantz Group Financial (Marquette) will host their Business After Hours at their new location (228 W. Washington St., Marquette) from 5-7 p.m. Attendees will be able to meet several Hantz Group representatives, experience the brand-new location, learn about services offered, indulge in food & drink and have a chance to win awesome prizes!

Business After Hours events are designed to be free networking events for business professionals in the area. The two-hour time frame gives attendees the opportunity to discuss and share ideas, while learning about and touring other local businesses in a relaxed setting. This benefits not only the hosts, but also the guests through added contacts and resources.

Stop by for 10 minutes, or enjoy the full two hours of networking time. Give people the chance to know you so they will want to do business with you! Complimentary drinks and hors d’oeuvres are served, along with great conversation (and the chance to win prizes provided by the host!). Don’t forget your business cards!
