I came across an assortment of pictures this past week, the first one to include a groundbreaking ceremony for Alger Maximum Security Prison in Munising which opened in 1990. Up front is Dominic J. Jacobetti, Pat Gagliardi and other local dignitaries to include John Hermann, William Mazzali, Spencer Nebel and Bill Whippen, to name a few. For the life of me my memory is nil on this stock, however it may have been for income to keep to Hotel Williams on Grand Island operable.
