Coborn’s Inc. announces Tadych’s Marketplace Grand Re-Opening

With a focus on fresh, Tadych’s Marketplace gives the Marquette store an updated, modern look

MARQUETTE –The Lake Community Partnership helped Coborn’s Inc. celebrated the grand re-opening of the Marquette Tadych’s Marketplace with a ribbon cutting recently.

Coborn’s Inc. is the parent company of the marketplace, which is located at 1401 O’Dovero Dr., in Marquette.

The company recently completed significant updates to the grocery store offering guests a fresher and larger product selection and an enhanced shopping experience.

“We are proud to invest in the Marquette Tadych’s Marketplace store and offer an enhanced shopping experience to the community with an expanded produce, dairy, bakery, frozen, and liquor departments along with a fresh new store design and a Caribou Coffee shop,” COO and President of Coborn’s Inc Dave Meyer said. “We are excited to bring remarkably fresh offerings with incredibly friendly service to the Marquette community.”

The remodel includes a new Caribou Coffee with seating and a drive-thru for guest convenience.

Other upgrades to the store include a dedicated sushi space plus the store’s flooring, decor, and bathrooms were updated and new lighting was installed allowing the location to operate with greater energy efficiency.

Among the improvements offered are expanded and enhanced frozen, dairy, produce, bakery, floral, and liquor departments giving guests a larger and fresher selection of products.

Lastly, the front end was upgraded with a new guest services counter and self-checkouts.

“We’ve enhanced the product selection throughout many of the departments,” said Dan Parvu, Store Director of Tadych’s Marketplace in Marquette.

“The improved features will bring a cleaner, brighter, and fresher look to the same great store the guests have been used to.”
