This photo shows members of the Munising Fire Department back in the 1950s or 1960s. Munising has always appreciated its fine group of volunteers who are always ready at a moment’s notice. I have a vivid memory dating back to the late 1940s when a Christmas chorale group was situated on the firehall roof singing carols when Santa arrived in town. A sight to see.
