At top right Mama Cow’s Ice Cream Shop in Chatham is a very popular destination for anyone wanting to cool off on a hot summer day. You can’t beat the quality, friendliness, and scenery of cows grazing nearby at MSU Research and Extension Center from the comfort of a repurposed corn silo gazebo on site. Worth the trip and a place to create memories for sure. People who participated in the 2nd Annual Tommy Spencer Memorial Ride enjoy ice cream at Mama’s Cow.

And nothing is better than the annual water fight put on by the Munising Fire Department. Other than the fire works, this event is next to best.
