Cancer Care fundraisers a success
To the Journal editor:
Recently two local fundraisers were held for Cancer Care of Marquette County.
The 18th annual ladies scramble was held at the Red Fox Golf Course and the 5th annual Jim Meske Memorial race at the Sands Speedway.
Both events were a huge success and the proceeds raised will be used to help Marquette County cancer patients pay for travel and treatments.
Cancer Care and our patients would like to thank all those volunteers who made the two events a success.
