Carol Kessel and Cory Jandron

NEGAUNEE — Kelly Jandron of Negaunee; Julie and George Patrick of Twin Lakes, Wisconsin; Kathy and Tom Welsch of Wilmot, Wisconsin; and Kelly and Michael Kessel of Paddock Lake, Wisconsin, announce the engagement of their children, Carol Irene Kessel and Cory Robert Jandron of Kenosha, Wisconsin.

Cory also is the son of the late Robbie Jandron.

The bride-elect is a 2011 graduate of Wilmot Union High School, completing her undergraduate degree at Northern Michigan University in biology and Spanish and her master’s degree in biology. She recently completed her second master’s degree in physician assistant studies from Rosalind Franklin University in North Chicago, Illinois this past May. She is currently studying for her board certification exam this summer.

The groom-elect is a 2005 graduate of Negaunee High School. He is currently employed as a carpenter for the Department of Defense at the Great Lakes Naval Base in Great Lakes, Illinois.

A Sept. 4, 2021, wedding is planned in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
