NEGAUNEE — Lakeview Elementary School students got a break from eating in the cafeteria Thursday when the school held its annual school picnic. The Negaunee students and their parents ate outside on the playground, enjoying their lunches in a different setting. “It’s a fun thing to wrap up the end of the year,” said Katie Barron, mother of kindergartner Allie.
