MARQUETTE — Select Realty has announced it is relocating this summer to “a beautiful Marquette Township property” located at 2363 U.S. 41 W.

“Our new home is going to be the premiere location you will want to visit for all your real estate needs. Locally owned and operated, Select Realty has been your sign for success since 1987,” Select Realty officials said in the announcement. “Now we are digging these roots into our own piece of real estate as we carry on the mission of helping others pursue their goals here in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula! This move marks a milestone in our growth and presents an even greater opportunity to serve the community.”

Tucked in between the My Place Hotel and Subway sandwich shop on the south side of U.S. 41, the main building is in the process of being renovated into a suite of agent offices on an accommodating lot, according to the announcement.

“With over an acre dedicated to Select Realty use, there will be plenty of room to pay us a visit and enjoy the park-like setting complete with a creek and pond that are frequently visited by ducks and deer,” the announcement states. “Not only do we look forward to doing business here, but also to hosting events that will augment our existing contributions to the overall success of the local economy — whether giving through our Select Realty Community Fund or partnering with other local businesses and agencies to benefit our neighbors who also call the U.P. their home!”

Expected to come in the late spring or early summer, the official move date is yet to be determined but agents are “always available to support and guide you through any step of the process in buying or selling properties across the Upper Peninsula,” according to the announcement.
