Gov. Whitmer appoints U.P. resident to real estate board
ESCANABA — Christopher M. Germain, of Escanaba, is a realtor with Premier Real Estate, Inc., president of the Upper Peninsula Association of Realtors and a captain with the Ford River Township Fire Department.
He holds an Institute One Certification from Holloway’s Real Estate Institute. Mr. Germain is appointed to represent real estate brokers and salespersons for a term commencing July 17, 2020 and expiring June 30, 2021.
He succeeds Sara Storch-Lipnitz who has resigned.
