IncredibleBank welcomes Golbach, Osman to leadership roles
WAUSAU, Wis. — IncredibleBank, a $1.7 billion financial institution with 15 branch locations in Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula, has announced the addition of Sam Golbach to the bank’s technology team and Leslie Osman to the bank’s marketing team. Golbach recently joined the bank as vice president – information technology. Osman recently joined the bank as director of marketing.
Golbach is a “highly experienced technology and business leader having served for decades in top management positions in the financial services sector,” officials said in a news release.
Most recently, Golbach served as director of product management for Deluxe Corporation and prior to that held senior management positions at Wausau Financial Systems. At IncredibleBank, he will have responsibilities for a wide range of IT activities including strategic planning, operations, budgeting, security and implementation of large scale and cross-functional technology projects.
“Sam is a tremendously accomplished technology executive with superior knowledge of technology as it relates to the banking industry,” Kathy Strasser, executive vice president and chief operating and information officer of IncredibleBank said in the release. “Sam’s experience will make our IT team even stronger than it already is and add new insights and perspectives to IncredibleBank. We are honored to have Sam on the IncredibleBank team.”
Osman “is a highly experienced marketing executive and business leader having served for more than a decade in top management positions in the financial and insurance services sector,” officials said in a news release.
Most recently, Osman served as vice president-marketing at Park Bank in Madison, Wisconsin, where she led the bank’s marketing team. Prior to that, Osman was the Marketing & Communications Manager at Hausmann-Johnson Insurance, also a Madison-based company. At IncredibleBank, she will have responsibilities for a wide and diverse range of marketing activities including research, brand awareness, customer satisfaction, strategic and market planning, corporate and product messaging, and digital and social media activities, to name a few.
In addition to her banking responsibilities, Osman is “deeply involved in the Madison-area community, including her role on the Board of Directors of DAIS, Domestic Abuse Intervention Services of Madison,” officials said in a news release.
