Work continues on the new complex of dormitories on the campus of Northern Michigan University. The three-phase project is expected to be completed by the summer of 2018. According to Neumann/Smith Architecture, a downstate firm involved in the project, the student housing will include study rooms, television lounges, and laundry facilities, with the exteriors featuring limestone and brick masonry.
