MUNISING, MI – Michael A. Rautanen, age 71, of Munising, died Tuesday, March 17, 2026 at the home he grew up in, surrounded by his loving family following a courageous battle with Parkinson’s Disease.

Visitation will be at the Munising Baptist Church in Wetmore on Saturday, April 11, 2026 from 1:00 until 3:00 p.m. Pastor Jason Laflamme will conduct Mike’s memorial service at 3:00 p.m. Interment will be at Maple Grove Cemetery at a later date.
