1. On 12-2024 Defendant Daniel Schouten (Schouten, herein) entered into a loan agreement with Plaintiff TruNorth Federal Credit Union (TruNorth, herein), a copy which is attached Exhibit A.

2. Schouten was supposed to make monthly payments of $219.40 Starting 3-16-24 until said loan was paid off.

3. Schouten has not made a a payment since 3-16-25.

4. The outstanding balance due is $8864.25.

5. Paragraph 4 of said loan agreement provides that Borrower promises to pay all costs, including but not limited
