DEFAULT having been made in the conditions of a Certain Mortgage made by LLOYD G. 1. The Plaintiff is lawfully entitled to possession of the following described property, with an estimated value of $5,905.00: 2018 Honda FourTrax Foreman Rubicon 4×4 ATV.

2. Property claimed is an independent piece of property.

3. The Plaintiff’s basis and reason for claim is: On April 8, 2019, the Defendant executed a Retail Installment Contract in the amount of $9,458.90 that was subsequently assigned to the Plaintiff. The Defendant was to pay this amount by monthly payments in the amount of $194.74. The Contract is secured by the above-listed 2018 Honda ATV. The Defendant has not made the required payments as they became due and a delinquency of $1,105.20 now exists. The balance owing on the Contract is $5,392.68.
