MARQUETTE, MI- Joan M. Zorza, 92, of Marquette, passed away Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at UP Health System-Marquette. She was born June 11, 1931, in Marquette, a daughter of the late George and Agnes (Paquette) Gregorich. She attended Bishop Baraga High School and was a lifelong area resident. On October 8, 1949 she married Calvin O. Zorza at St. Peter Cathedral. Joan and Cal owned and operated Cal’s Party Store from 1970 to 2002 before passing it on to the next generation of their family who continued the tradition of providing “Cal Care” to their customers. GWINN, MI- Georgia K. Dollar-Libby, 60, of Gwinn, MI, entered eternal life on March 30, 2024 surrounded by her family after a battle with cancer. Georgia was born on September 13, 1963 in Marquette, MI, to Robert G. and Eleanor M. (Brassard) Dollar. She attended Marquette Public Schools. Georgia pursued a career as a corrections officer for a short period time. She was a very talented individual and had a deep love for the arts and reading. ELY TOWNSHIP, MI - Bradley David Jones, affectionately known as Brad, passed away on March 19, 2024, at the age of 71. CHRISTMAS, MI- Peter Kadish, age 76, of Christmas, died peacefully and unexpectedly at his home. Visitation will be held at the Bowerman Funeral Home in Munising on Thursday.
