ISHPEMING, MI — John C. Ruona, age 95, longtime Ishpeming Twp. Resident, passed away on Thursday October 3, 2024 at the Marquette County Medical Care Facility while in the loving care of his family, Lake Superior Life Care and Hospice, and nursing home staff. John was born on June 8, 1929 in Negaunee. He honorably served in the United States Army during the Korean war.
