NMU men hit road this weekend
MARQUETTE – The Northern Michigan University men’s basketball team will hit the road to take on Grand Valley State at 8 p.m. today and Ferris State at 3 p.m. Saturday.
Jordan Perez has started all 12 games this season for the Wildcats (4-8 overall, 2-6 GLIAC), posting a team-best 13.6 points and 5.9 rebounds per contest.
Terry Nash averages 9.7 points. Marcus Hall rounds out the top three Wildcats with his 8.3 points per game.
GVSU (11-3, 5-3) features Luke Ryskamp with a team-best 14.4 points per contest. Chaz Rollins has collected a team-high 8.1 rebounds while contributing 10.1 points on the offensive side of the floor.
Aaron Hayes has added 10.6 points per game.
Ferris State (11-3, 5-3) has Jared Stolicker No. 1 in both points (17.1) and rebounds (10.4).
Teammate Josh Fleming is contributing 14.1 points per game.
