MARQUETTE – Senior guard Alyssa Colla of Northern Michigan University continues to pile up postseason awards.

She has been named to the Daktronics All-Midwest Region First Team, it was announced Thursday.

Colla will now be up for a Daktronics All-America selection, which will be announced March 23.

Earlier, she picked up Capital One CoSIDA Academic All-American Second Team honors. She also made the All-GLIAC First Team and the league’s Defensive Team.

Colla wrapped up her senior campaign ranking third all-time in scoring at NMU, amassing 1,567 career points.

Colla scored 491 points in her senior season, ranking second in the GLIAC at 18.2 points per game.
