MARQUETTE — The Marquette High School boys tennis team defeated visiting Gladstone 6-2 Wednesday.

Marquette swept the singles and split the doubles with the Braves, with two of the MSHS wins by default.

Singles winners were No. 1 Nick Oliver, No. 2 Connor Johnson and No. 3 Brian Belkowski for Marquette.

The doubles team of Ray Modell and Toby Camilli triumphed at No. 2 for the Redmen.
