MARQUETTE — The Marquette County Junior Golf Association held a pair of special events to complete its season on Aug. 5 at Gentz’s Homestead Golf Course in Chocolay Township.

The association’s finals were held that day along with its Drive, Chip and Putt competition.

Competition was held in 13 boys and four girls flights.

These are the top two finishers at each flight, with the first-place finisher listed first:

Boys White — 1st flight: Tyler Annala, Lincoln Sager; 2nd flight: Boden Moore, Beau Belkowski; 3rd flight: Jackson Gladwell, Pavel McCutcheon

Boys Red — 1st flight: Adam Heikkila, Kaleb Chipelewski; 2nd flight: Jackson Rector, Charlie Kronschnabel; 3rd flight: Corbin Erva, Kai Manis; 4th flight: Trent Loren, Bodi Bennett

Jace Moore totaled 440 points to be named the overall winner in this special competition as he also won the boys’ 15-year-old division.
