Tom Petroff gets patriotic hole-in-one
MARQUETTE — Club member Tom Petroff made his first hole-in-one memorable by getting his ace on the Fourth of July at the Marquette Golf Club.
Petroff, who has golfed for more than 30 years, used a 9-iron to ace the 125-yard 17th hole on the Greywalls course on Thursday.
Witnesses were playing partners Dan McCutcheon, Rachel Viitala and Matt Eltman.
