ISHPEMING — Playoff and all-star game for the Iron Range Women’s Softball League will be conducted during the next week at fields in Ishpeming, Ishpeming Township and Negaunee.

The league’s Donna Champion-ship League Playoffs will be held Friday and Saturday.

On Friday evening, the Ishpeming Ballfield Complex will host games in Classes A and B.

In Class A, Jasper Ridge Brewery plays Buck’s Party Store at 6 p.m., while Screened Image faces Cognition Brewing Co. at 7:15 p.m. at the fastpitch field.

In Class B, Paradise Bar takes on Brogie’s at 6 p.m. and Venice 3 squares off against Dave’s Collision at 7:15 p.m. at the slowpitch field. The Paradise-Brogie’s winner plays VALIC at 9 a.m. Saturday at the fastpitch field.

In Class C, Venice 2 plays the Eagles at 6 p.m. and Willey’s Tire Shop goes up against QCPFC at 7:15 p.m. at the Sunnyside Field in Ishpeming Township.

The Ishpeming Playgrounds will then host championship games on Saturday afternoon, Class C at 2 p.m., Class A at 4:30 p.m. and Class B at 5:45 p.m.

The Clifford Bressette Memorial All-Star games will be held next Wednesday at LaCombe Field in Negaunee. League trophies and Bev Jackson Memorial Sportsmanship plaques will be presented at that time.

Each all-star game will involved East vs. West. Class C will be held at 6 p.m., Class B at 7:30 p.m. and Class A at 8:45 p.m.
