Ishpeming advances to Little League Minors district finals
NEGAUNEE — Ishpeming defeated Penokee Range 12-5 on Thursday evening to advance to the championship round of the Little League baseball District 11 Minors Division tournament at Rivers Memorial Field in Negaunee.

Coming out of the elimination bracket, Ishpeming will have to defeat Negaunee at 6 p.m. today and again on Saturday to win the title.
