MARQUETTE – Defending champion Sue Mcklow has made it to the title match of the Women’s Club Championship at the Marquette Golf Club.

The tourney’s top seed, Micklow beat No. 5 seed Jenny Marietta Saturday in semifinal action for the right to face No. 2 seed Jan Hruska at 1 p.m. today on the Greywalls Course for the crown.

Hruska knocked off No. 3 seed Deanna Stien Saturday to advance to the finale.

In Friday’s quarterfinal play, Micklow beat No. 8 seed Dagmar Raica and Hruska topped No. 7 seed Karla McCutcheon.

In addition, Marietta defeated No. 4 Sheila Grazulis, while Stein dropped No. 6 Kristin Bjorne.
