Literacy project teaches skills

MARQUETTE - Seven recently trained tutors have joined the Peter White Public Library's Literacy Project volunteers who help adults with literacy skills. Since 2011, project has assisted adults working to improve their reading and writing skills or who are learning English as a second language.
