MARQUETTE - Winning all three of its games, the Wave 96 Select girls soccer team claimed the Green Bay Invitational Tournament title in play June 15-16.
In their opening game, the Wave defeated FC Green Bay 16 by a 4-1 count.
Sierra Lancour, Makaela Burse (2) and Shayla Huebner scored for the winners, with assists recorded by Carleigh Hillier and Lancour.

Keeper Molly Gaudreau made four saves for the Wave.
In Game 2, the Wave edged FC Green Bay U17-18, 2-1, with goals by Burse in the 45th and 60th minutes. Huebner collected an assist.
Gaudreau turned aside eight shots on goal.
On June 16, the Wave blanked the Howard (Wis.) Hurricanes, 2-0. Alex Cording notched a marker in the first half and Burse scored in the second.
Shelby picked up an assist and keeper Courtney Qualley made three stops.
The Wave 96 Select U-17 squad, part of the Superiorland Soccer Association, is coached by Steve Ross.
