Terrence ‘Bill’ Greenleaf

MARQUETTE, MI. - Terrence "Bill" Greenleaf, age 56, of Ishpeming, entered eternal life Wednesday, April 17, 2013, at Marquette General Hospital.

Bill was born November 9, 1956, in Marquette to Terrence and Patricia (Malloy) Greenleaf. After high school, Bill enlisted in the U.S Marine Corps in 1974, spending his years in the service at Paris Island, South Carolina. Following his discharge, Bill was married to Margaret in September of 1977. In his spare time, Bill loved listening to music, especially classic rock, and visiting with his many good friends. He was a skilled woodworker and enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing and taking long walks with his daughter, Megan.

He is survived by Margaret and their two daughters, Christine Elizabeth and Megan Marie; his three grandchildren, Scott, Sam and Lily "Little Hands"; his brothers, Jim ( Cindy), Bob (Pam), Pat ( Kathy ), Gary and Bill Kurian; his sisters, Denise ( Steve Johnson ), Diane ( Stuart Yokeum) and Tracy (Carl) Pellonpaa; several nieces, nephews, and cousins, as well as numerous friends.

In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by a brother, Michael.

Visitation for Bill will take place at the Fassbender Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 23, from 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm, with a time to share memories at 5:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Bill's family.
