To the Journal editor:
I recently had the pleasure of chaperoning a group of choral students from Negaunee High School on their recent spring break trip to Memphis, Tenn.
These students were well-behaved and appreciative of each and every place they were visiting, including the Martin Luther King Jr. Civil Rights Museum.
They were fun to watch as they enjoyed the music of the city. They were respectful and pleasure to be around. They are an example of the great things that are going on in our schools.
I know that their director is proud of them, and I hope that their administrators and their town are as well.
