MARQUETTE - For the third time in four weekends and for the final time during the 2012-13 regular season, the Northern Michigan University women's basketball team travels to the state of Ohio.
The Wildcats face off against a pair of GLIAC South foes, starting with Ohio Dominican at 7:30 p.m. on Sunday in Columbus before closing the semester at 8 p.m. on Tuesday at Tiffin.
Northern, which is 3-1 overall and 1-1 in GLIAC play in the Buckeye state, and sits second in the GLIAC North at 6-2 overall and 3-1 in the league after sweeping Hillsdale and previously unbeaten Findlay a week ago in Marquette.
Sophomore guards Lauren Gruber and Alyssa lead the 'Cats in scoring with Gruber averaging 12.9 points per game and Colla averaging 10.8 points per game. Gruber is also second in the GLIAC in 3-point percentage, hitting 54.8 percent from beyond arc.
Freshman Nea Makela is averaging 8.1 points and 6.1 rebounds per game.
Ohio Dominican (3-5 overall, 0-5 in GLIAC) in winless in league play having just lost to Michigan Tech on Thursday, 78-51. Kacee Hockenberry leads the ODU averaging 13.4 points and 4.5 rebounds per game.

Tuesday: NMU at Tiffin, 8 p.m.
Tiffin (3-4 overall, 1-3 in GLIAC) hosts Tech today before Northern comes to town Tuesday. Leading Tiffin is the duo of MacKenzie Storlie and Karli Mast, who are both averaging 12 points a game. Jessica Harris averages 10 rebounds an outing to lead Tiffin on the boards.
