Library adds barrier-free ramp

Ishpeming Mayor Pat Scanlon, former Carnegie Public Library librarians Cindy Mack and Betty Anderson, library director John McNaughton and library project committee member Ray Leverton cut the ribbon on a new barrier-free ramp that was recently installed at the library. In honor of Anderson donating $25,000 to the project, McNaughton assists her in being the first person to use the ramp. Anderson was greeting inside the library with a reception.
