TOWN OF MIDDLE INLET, Wis. - Police have arrested a Wisconsin man after a head-on crash killed a 13-year-old Ishpeming boy and injured his mother and two sisters.

Killed in the Friday night crash was Christopher Croley. He was a passenger in a vehicle driven by his mother, 44-year-old Jodi Betts Croley, as were his two sisters, Taylor Croley, 17, and Gabrielle Croley, 16.

The boy's mother and two sisters were taken to a Green Bay hospital with serious injuries.

Marinette County Sheriff Jerry Sauve said the family's vehicle was traveling south on U.S. Highway 141 in the Town of Middle Inlet when it was struck head-on by a northbound pickup driven by Timothy C. Christ, 28, of Wausaukee, Wis.

Christ was arrested and lodged in the Marinette County Jail on suspected felony charges of causing death and great bodily harm by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle. Christ was not injured and was alone in his vehicle.

The crash remains under investigation and formal charges are being reviewed by the Marinette County District Attorney's office.
