Work needed
To the Journal editor:
The corner of Presque Isle Avenue and Hawley Street is a busy place for local and tourist traffic.
For three years, the partial stone building and the pile of rubble next to it has been an unsightlyeyesore.
Why hasn’t something been done to improve this? Who has the responsibility of cleaning this up?
