Andrea Everett

MUNISING, MI – Andrea Everett, age 79, of Munising, died late Sunday evening, May 9, 2021, at Munising Memorial Hospital, surrounded by her loving family.

She was born on July 30, 1941, in Munising, to the late Wilbur and Miriam (Dolan) Fink. Andrea graduated from Wm. G. Mather in 1959 and then for a short time attended business college. On November 25, 1961, she married Russell G. Everett and together they raised their three daughters. Andrea first began working for 1st National Bank. On April 5, 1976, she began a long, successful career at Timber Products as a Personnel Assistant in the Human Resources Department and retired on August 6, 2009, as an Administrative Specialist. She enjoyed her job and loved her Timber Products family. Andrea loved popcorn and movie nights with the grandkids and camping trips with Russ. Family meant everything to her. Andrea looked forward to family outings at camp on 16 Mile Lake and visiting grandkids wherever they were. She was a good listener, loved attending music concerts, and cheering on the grandkids in all their sporting events. She will be missed!

Left behind to cherish her memories are her daughters – Brenda (Lew) Behning of Munising, Linda (Tom) Roland of Neenah, WI and Paula (Todd) Brock of Munising; grandchildren – Christina (Paul) Larsen, Michael Barney, Bryan (Jen) Behning, Erica Peterson, Eric (Brittany) Brock, Leanne (Keegan) Nebel, Brent (Anna Baij) Brock; great- grandchildren – Jacob, Autumn, David, Tanner, Mason, Taylin, Carmen, Dayne, Courtney, Deian, Natalie, and Kelsey; two great-great-grandkids; numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and many wonderful friends from throughout the years.

Andrea was preceded in death by her parents; husband – Russell Everett; and siblings – John Fink and Susan Fleischman.

Visitation will be on Sunday, May 16, 2021, at Eden Lutheran Church, in Munising, from 1:00 until 3:00 p.m. Pastor Ann Gonyea will conduct Andrea’s Memorial Service at 3:00 p.m. at Eden. Covid-19 precautions and attendance regulations will be observed at the church as directed by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services during the visitation. Masks will be required, and the 25-person attendance restriction will be observed during the visitation.
