EAGLE RIVER, WI – Ann Louise Gimse, 65, formerly of Marquette, passed away on February 9th, 2020 due to complications from a longtime illness.
She was born, August 14, 1954, in Marquette. Ann went to cosmetology school and worked at several local salons and co-owned “Profiles” in Marquette. She married Gregg Gimse on September 16th 1988 and in 1995 the two moved to Eagle River, WI.
Ann enjoyed horseback riding, crafting, cooking, interior decorating, antiques and most of all her beloved dogs. She and Gregg loved to take the dogs to local festivities where kids and adults alike could enjoy their gentle giants.
Ann was proceeded in death by her parents; Wanda (Antis) Libick and Michael Libick Jr. As well as her, sister; Mary (Libick) Johnson.
She is survived by her husband; Gregg Gimse, her sister; Michelle (Libick) Brustuen, brother-in-law; Steve (Patty) Gimse, as well as, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A private family service will be held.
