Cathryn Ross Clark

Cathryn Ross Clark, age 63 of Beverly Hills Michigan, passed away Thursday April 25, 2019 at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak. She was born July 9, 1955 to parents Margaret E. and Gerald P. Ross from Berkley Michigan.

Cathryn attended Shrine of the Little Flower though high school, graduating in 1973. She graduated from Northern Michigan University in Marquette 1978 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Her career in nursing spanned 32 years when she retired from the William Beaumont Hospital Cardiology Department in 2011. Community service and Catholic faith were at the forefront of Cathryn’s life, and she is the past president of the Ladies of Charity of St. Vincent De Paul, Oakland Chapter.

Cathryn entered the Kingdom of Heaven on April 25, 2019. She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Steven Alden Clark, their son Ross Alden (Jeanette) Clark, grandson Ian Michael, a sister Susan E. Gividen, Sisters in Law, Pam Clark Gattis, Barbara Clark (Douglas) Napodano; Brothers in Law Thomas H. (Deborah) Clark, James R. (Colleen) Clark and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her Father, Gerald P. Ross, and a sister Diane M. Ross.

Friends and family will be received Friday May 3rd from 2:00 PM-8:00 PM at the Sawyer-Fuller Funeral Home located at 2125 12 Mile road, Berkley. Funeral mass will be held at the Shrine of the Little Flower in Royal Oak at 10:00 AM. Cathryn will be laid to rest at a private burial at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery in Southfield.

Cathryn’s family would like to thank all the Beaumont doctors and medical staff that cared for her so well over the last seven years.
