William J. ‘Bill’ Linkfield
MARQUETTE, MI – William J. “Bill” Linkfield, 62, of Marquette, formerly of Grand Rapids, MI, passed away Friday morning, October 26, 2018 at his residence after an extended illness.
Visitation will take place at St. Louis the King Catholic Church in Marquette on Saturday, November 3rd from 10 a.m. to noon where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in the church at noon with the Rev. Glenn Theoret officiating and Deacon Scott Jamieson assisting. A luncheon will take place in Father Gauthier Hall immediately following the mass.
A celebration of Bill’s life will also take place at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church, 3215 Four Mile Road, NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49525 on Saturday, November 10th from 1 to 4 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Beacon House, 1301 N. Third St., Marquette, MI 49855 or Lake Superior Life Care and Hospice, 914 W. Baraga Ave., Marquette, MI 49855 in Bill’s memory.
