NEGAUNEE, MI -Inger Marie Emard, age 64, of Negaunee, entered eternal life Thursday, August 16, 2018, at home in the loving care of her family. Inger was born in Marquette on September 12, 1953 a daughter of Oliver and Eileen (Paquette) Emard and was a graduate of Marquette Senior High School.
Inger was loving mother, grandmother and friend who made sure that everyone who came into her life felt like family. She was thoughtful, kind, generous and would do anything for those in need. She will be loved and missed dearly by all those who knew her.
Survivors include her four children, David (Jennifer) Emard of Negaunee, Candace Billing of Gwinn, Tory (Richard Farr, Jr.) Emard of Marshall, MI and Trisha (Nick) Stanley of Gwinn, MI; ten grandchildren, Ethan, Morgan and Trent Emard, Kendra, Jocyln and Alexander Billing and Gabrial, Mirrah, Aria and Aidric Stanley; sisters, Theresa (Chuck) Benzing of Marquette, Eileen (Scott) Bell of Marquette, Rose Ann Amos of Cantonment, FL and Christine (Cliff) Johnson of Ishpeming; her brother, Michael (Roseann) Emard of Marquette and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Oliver Emard.
Friends may call at the Swanson-Lundquist Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 22, 2018 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 1 p.m. with Rev. Glenn Theoret officiating. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the family.
