NEW YORK — At the International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation’s 36th Annual Conference in New York City, Fran S. Waters was awarded the Cornelia B. Wilbur Award for outstanding clinical contributions to the treatment of dissociative disorders.

Ms. Waters, author of “Healing the fractured child: Diagnosis and treatment of youth with dissociation,” maintains a private practice in Marquette.
