On Oct. 2, Great Northern Title & Abstract, Inc., was given a plaque recognizing the completion of its facade improvements to the building at 155 W. Baraga Ave. in Marquette. The facade improvements were complete in part with funding from a Downtown Facade Improvement Grant from the Marquette Downtown Development Authority which was made available from grant funding through the Michigan Economic Development Corporation’s Facade Restoration Initiative pilot program.
