On Jan. 25, the Marquette Downtown Development Authority welcomed The Gallery, a new art gallery run and organized by the Marquette Artist Collective, to downtown. The Gallery is located at 130 W. Washington St., in the Masonic Square Mall. The Gallery’s mission is to encourage and support artists, expand opportunities, and promote art in the community. The Artist Members support diverse forms of artwork and creatively engage the community in furthering the visual arts.
