SHF golf outing nets almost $20K

The Superior Health Foundation annual golf outing, held June 16, at the Marquette Golf Club, proved to be a resounding success. The event, sponsored by A. Lindberg & Sons and North Greenwood Lakes, raised nearly $20,000 in net funds. At the event, 21 teams were treated to 18 holes of golf and fabulous dinner, with golfers having the opportunity to win fabulous prizes and compete in fun holes. During the program, presented by Iron Range Agency in Ishpeming, SHF proudly presented golf partner Cancer Care of Marquette County a check for $5,000 to help patients with out-of-pocket cancer expenses.
